I was wondering if there was anything you could do about the trees that are so overgrown and making parking even more difficult in the fit on lot? I got a big scratch on my car the other day from a branch and as I looked around I noticed there were several spots completely blocked by the trees. The outside, which i realize isn't part of the lot is also so overgrown parking on the street has become practically impossible. So if you have a big car like me and it's crowded, options are limited due to the trees. I love fit on and go at least 4 times a week, but I dread the parking situation. Thanks a million!!!😁

Today's class with PK was awesome. It was a great workout for both the body and mind. My body felt strong and my mind uplifted after the workout.

I try to cut my comments down and on track when I get these emails but don't suceed. I love Michael and his classes! I should stop there. I love that his classes are geared toward training and road cycling - which I recently took my ride outdoors and am so stoked I did. I feel like a kid again. I just had a check up yesterday and the nurse said my resting heart rate was unusually low - ha! I have thyroid issues - don't have one, thanks to the big "C" - and have to go thru this annual rigmarole and things seem to be leveling off. Is it spinning/cycling? Maybe, maybe not, but I feel great! Back to the services...I really appreciated the last couple of classes going on perceived exertion...sometimes I freak out when I see my heart rate and bummed when I check out my rank or PTP...but as a whole i do like FitMetrix. BTW Is it possible to have it turned on when there is a sub - just to receive the end of class email? Also, I liked Craig as a sub - good option. Betsy is always great. I like the vibe here. Any chance of adding Pilates (like SPX)?

I love Fit On for the intimate atmosphere and the friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming, and unlike many gyms in the area, there is nothing intimidating about this one. The facilities are kept very clean and I'm always happier when I leave Fit On!
