Lisa was great. Loved the 30/30 class.
Great instructors - especially Jen Ledbetter and Stacy Macklin. Sara Krish is awesome too. I also love that I can book a class online and now I can reserve my bike as well. Location is always clean and it's close to my home.
One complaint -Lisa Austin's class. Good instructor, but the music is way too loud. Even when it's just her speaking into the microphone...it's ridiculous. I thought maybe it was just a glitch when I took her class for the 1st time, but it also happened the next 2 times I took her class. Even with earplugs it's too loud. That volume can't be good for anyone's ears. I will avoid her classes in the future.

1. I'm a "morning person" and the class schedule allows me to get in a serious, good workout already at 6:00 am.
2. Great instructors. Push me in a fun way.
Authentic riding fitness - not hype like other studios. Also positive music (with some unfortunate exceptions) - not demeaning misogynistic rap like other studios. You could do a better job, however, at rewarding repeat members with a discount now and then.
I think it was a terrific (and necessary, dare I say crucial) move to add Michael to the RB schedule. I was stoked for the turnout on Friday (stoked that some of the hotshots from MB came). Hope his vision for growing a community will be realized. Believe there's definitely a market here, just need to figure out how to gain that share. Such a motivating and tough workout - and it really does make a difference when you can feed off the energy around you. Love the focus on training and improving on a personal level. Including Betsy was an added plus - knows me by name and bike location preference (even though I'm a lowly newbie). Think RB should have a grand re-opening or something. In any case, a full parking lot on PCH is free advertising. :)
