I was astonished at how long my carpets took to dry. The cleaners left at 3:15 in the afternoon, and the next morning at 8:00, there was still moisture. It was a little scary, as I was worried about mold growing. By noon, we felt it was finally safe to move our furniture back in, but I would not recommend my friends go with a company that takes so long to dry.
Do not charge to move furniture unless there is alot of it.
Workers are very easy to work with and do a great job.

It was quite expensive, I usually pay less than that for my whole house. I was quoted I believe, $181. Apparently a hallway wasn't included and they cleaned an 8x10 aread rug that was $240 by itself! So I paid $456 just for downstairs, it would probably be about $1,000 to have my whole house done.
There were some areas that weren't as clean as I would have liked for that price.

the cleaning job was very well done and I would recommend it to a friend, but it was vastly more expensive than I was prepared for. The tech told me what it would be and it blew me away. I had it done anyway, but now I regret paying so much. I wish I would have thought it over more carefully. After the job was done, he explained that it was the wool area rug that ran up the cost--I wish he had told me that in the beginning since I thought the main carpet was the main cost. If I had known that the area rug was the big expense, I would have waited. Otherwise, the tech was perfect, the job was perfect, the service was perfect and my carpets are beyond my expectations. I do like the company, but I think you should provide a brochure that is really specific about the cost of wool, area rugs, pet stain costs, examples, to give the customer a really specific idea of what you can do and how much it will cost and exactly what it will entail. Thank you for a job well done.

The scheduling department didn't call to confirm the appointment so we were unsure if you where coming. They also didn't relay all the details of the job to the technician so he was not prepare to fully clean my carpet.
I did however like the technician for trying to do what he could.
I use to use Zero Rez all the time! Loved them! Recommended them to everyone! They use to be so good! Reasonably priced and did a fantastic job! Then they were gone! I was sad and used other carpet cleaners. When I saw an ad for $29.00 a room I called. The guy came out and cleaned my carpet and did a pretty good job! I did think that he could have done better in the den, it still looked dirty in front of the couch. I have several guest bedrooms and before zero Rez would book a couple of those rooms together and just do the pathway into the room and it saved a lot. I asked if that could be done and was told no. So I didn't have those rooms done. The old zero Rex would have done that,. Then he ask me about pet urine. I told him we had an old dog we had just had put down and he had had accidents in our bedroom. He said he could use some "special process" and it would cost at least an additional $250.00 just for that one room! Seriously??? WOW!!! So I told him no thanks! I did live your service with the old high powered truck. But this new zero Rez is NOT near what it used to be and they did not do near as good of job! We had just recarpeted our family room, we had taken the carpet out of our dining room, had recuse petted our stairs going upstairs and the landing. We didn't have any of this cleaned!!! It cost us &50.00 more than the last time we used you and they did at least a third less carpet!!! Not bad work but way to pricey!!! I will probably consider going back to Stanley Steamer!bour neighbors across the stree and our friends in Washington city, and Santa Clara have all agreed with me on this! Really sad when a good company has to gouge people do much in price!!! I can see making a profit. A good profit but beyond that seems like theft to me!!! I hope you will continue your service, go back to your old system ( much more powrtful suction) better cleaning. And become a better value by lowering your prices. And combining rooms for just small walkways. Or you will probably go out of business! Good luck, First name removed Wiodcock

The technician (Eddy) was very knowledgeable about the process and interestingly informative in explaining the difference between Zerorez and "old-fashioned" carpet shampooing. He was also very efficient and thorough as he cleaned our carpets. I was amazed at the speed with which he completed the job. The carpets look and FEEL so much cleaner than after the usual "shampooing". Having planned to wait 8-12 hours before returning furniture to the cleaned rooms, I was delighted to learn 2 hours was about all that was needed. I have already, and will CONTINUE to tell others about Zerorez. (I had heard about you on radio KDXU in St. George)
