We like that you don't use soaps and such. The man that came was very professional and businesslike and worked swiftly and answered all our questions.
Great people. Very happy with our carprts, rugs, and tile. It was amazing how much dirt they lifted out of our carpet. We will definitely use hen again; we just won't wait as long next time.
This is the first time I've paid for a carpet cleaning so nothing I can think of at this time. I would like to say the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was outstanding. I liked that he put on shoe coverings, explained the process, and was very knowledge and caring of hour house and carpets. He was outstanding customer service.

I felt that the person who did our carpets did a great job but due to circumstances beyond his control he came to late in the afternoo and we were un able to put anything back until the next afternoon when we got home from work. Basicly irt was very inconveniant . But he did a good job.

Ed was awesome. He really did know how to clean a carpet. This is the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. It was a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! After 5 kids and many carpet cleanings our 12 year old carpet was so dirty and matted I was serious thinking it was time to replace it. We had the carpet cleaned by Zerorez for the holidays and it is now so clean and fresh. Thanks Zerorez, you've got a customer for life.
