How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets look o.k., but I felt that the service rep. did a hurried job on everything. He reminded me that my carpets are made of recycled pop bottles, which I thought was a little degrading. and unnecessary. He he missed places, and the chair he cleaned for an extra $50.00 could have been done better. I wonder if I need to vacuum it now to get the lines off from the cleaning? I have had Zerorez before and they did a great job and I will get them again, and hope to have better service. Please do not send out the same person.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When the carpets were being cleaned the power was out in the town. Due to the lack of power the fans were not being used. When they left, the power still was not on. I asked if fans could be left to turn on and if they could be picked up in the morning.
I was told that additional fans were out at the shop in Washington and that the next appointment was in Hurricane. The employee was very nice but didn't go the extra mile.
I realize that it would have been a 20 minute drive to the shop and then a return trip. But I am accustomed to companies that would go the extra mile to make sure that it is right.

What do you like about our products and services?

He was here when expected, even a little earlier. He was very considerate and informative. I have 2 small dogs and had a few pet stains. The carpet looks great now and it is over 10 years old. I am very happy with Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The lady who scheduled my appointment was not friendly and then told me my service was $82 but because they had a special it would be $89. WHAT? I could not get her to understand that if it was a special why are they charging me more than the regular price. She never did understand. I was satisfied with the technician who cleaned but because of the lady that scheduled I do not think I will be using Zerorez again. She really had no clue she was charging me more than the "regular price".

I saw a Zerorez truck at my neighbors and asked the tech go come over and give me a quote. He did and was able to come later the same day and clean my carpets. He even went above and beyond the requested rooms and cleaned the 3 bedrooms for no extra charge! Now that's customer service.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet cleaner associate thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be done to our carpet. He was very nice and fast. He did a great job on our carpets which had a lot of pee stains. Also he tried to get us the best deal.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that there are no chemicals when you clean my carpets. I have a dog and she is closest to the carpet at all
times, it is very important that my carpet is free from any chemicals. Great service, very personable.

We were charged $89 for our living room but places were missed being cleaned near the border of our carpet and tile. Seemed too much for what was completed.

The whole cleaning process is quiet--not the loud machines like many other companies. With other companies the residue sometimes shows up on shoes worn inside; not so with zero fez.

Friendly answers questions and concerns. Shares knowledge about problems with urine from pets and makes suggestions as to removing smells and offering projection for the future. On time and very proficient.

My carpet looks and feels great; very soft. I wasn't expecting the softness. Appreciated the reminder call confirming the appointment and Tech's call on day of appointment to let me know he'd be to my home soon. Was very nice and explained process well. Gave reasonable pricing on completing a hallway and adding a shield to one of the rooms. Reasonable price over all.

It literally freshened the whole house It was quick, efficient and looks brand new. The men were professional, friendly and considerate of our home. I highly recommend them as well for upholstery our chairs are bright again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I made the appointment, they told me they would call before coming some time between 10 am and noon. They called before the appointment and left a message reminding me of the appointment but she said they would be here between 10 am and noon, not they would call then. At noon, I called to find out what was going on. No one had come and no one had called. Whoever answered when I called said they would call me back. I heard nothing. 45 minutes later, I called again. They hung up on me or it disconnected?!? I called again and they said they were supposed to have called. She started telling me about how they were double booked and whose fault was that? Finally at 10 after 1 p.m. I got a call that they were on their way. I had plans that afternoon that I could not make because of the delay. If they were delayed, someone should have called within the promised time and let me know. Why do you give a time if you can't stick to it? Even if someone would have called within the time frame letting me know they couldn't make it would have better than wondering what is going on. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Even when I called for an appointment, the first call someone kept saying I can't hear you, the second call was disconnected and the third time finally worked. I should have known from that the service would be poor. The carpet has some dirt spots but I'm not sure if you did a awful job of cleaning or if it's a spot beyond cleanable. Either way, doesn't matter, it was bad service.
