Like the structured approach. Nothing to prepare just show up ready to go. Things keep moving so never get bored with what you are doing. Good combo of cardio and strength training for the “muscle confusion.”

I loved the OTF workout! It was a great mix of strength and cardio! It was one of the best workouts of my life. In the past, I feel like I would go to other gym workout classes and not get much out of it. With this class, I knew right away I was getting a killer workout and like I could actually achieve my fitness goals with continuing these classes. The music was great and the coaches were wonderful. They were supportive and motivating. I feel like they offered the right amount of help to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly and safely. I felt very welcomed immediately walking into the studio!
I loved the variety and that the intensity is driven by me. The hour flew by!

I love coming to Orange Theory! It's been 4 years since I had my first child and the coaches and staff made it SO easy to make working out apart of my routine again. The different work outs each class keep you on your toes and the guidance the coaches provide if you are not getting a move is fantastic! I look forward to my 5 am workouts during the week (as crazy as that sounds)!
It is very challenging and I like that everyday is different. I needed that due to I was doing the same thing for years.
Every day is a new workout and full body workout in under an hour.

Where do I start?! I like that the coaches take the time to attend to each person in the class. I like that coaches are positive and upbeat and encourage camaraderie among classmates, but not in an overbearing, pushy way. I like that I can see my heartrate so I know how to adjust my intensity to stay in the zone where I want to be. I like the music. I like the variety. I like the floor exercises. All in all - 10.

the time goes by so fast. a great workout. It is awesome getting instructions from the trainers on how to do the floor exercises correctly and that you get a great workout on your core.
I have so much more energy after these workouts! I love the variation of the workouts and the ability for all people to take part regardless of fitness level. The heart monitor makes me feel competitive (with myself - in a good way!) and it's such a cool way to get motivated. Orange Theory is addicting!!
