Heart Rate monitoring and viewing on screens helps to understand the condition and percentile I need to put efforts. PACE OUT levels taught by Jordan (trainer) which I liked very much and FD also helps to understand the how the workout goes and benefits to body.
I love the trainers- each personality helps motivate me daily! The studio is always clean, the front desk (Jared) is awesome, and I have gotten back in shape very quickly after having a baby, thanks to the workout style. The programming has helped me get back running and loving it.

Coaches are motivating and help to make sure you are performing exercises effectively and safely. I love the variety of exercises for strength and cardio. Other "boot camp" classes don't have a running component which as a runner I love. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

OTF has changed my workout game. Everything about this place checks all of my boxes. The coaches are hardcore while inspiring the whole group they never forget to hit individual details and make super genuine connections (And corrections!)
The front staff are super welcoming and ready to handle any issue... and early in the morning... its a great way to jumpstart your day.

All over body workout
Coach Blake is one of the more motivating and encouraging coaches at OTF. Always ready with a suggestion to help modify an exercise, either because of limitations or to take it to the next level.
Front staff were very friendly and helpful in getting signed in.
My husband and I love working out at the Kirkland OTF because all the trainers are very well prepared, organized and always upbeat! They challenge the class and always provide good feedback, great, positive comments and advice. They all seem as committed to OTF as we are!
We also like how clean and organized all the equipment is--cleaning after each use is a great idea!!

Every workout is a mix of cardio and strength conditioning, and the heart rate monitor show you how much effort you're putting out.
I like that there are three different areas during the one-hour workout. It makes the hour go by super fast and you are exercising many different areas of the body during each workout.
I love the coaches and that I don’t have to think about my workout. Your not competing with anyone but yourself and they encourage you to push just a bit further!
