What do you like about our workout?

Every time I go, it is a hard workout. Which is good! I have been going for about six months now, three times a week, and there are days when I am sore after the workout..a good kind of sore!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's hard but the time goes quickly, there's no judgement, and the trainers are helpful and watchful to make sure we are doing the moves correctly.

What do you like about our workout?

The most important part of OTF workout is the instructors. We have had great instructors but unfortunately we seem to loose the good ones. What makes a great instructor you ask? This is an instructor that comes enthusiastic and adds a personal touch. They know your name, they encourage and motivate, and they challenge you. Unfortunately, there are not some of these qualities in our existing instructors that I interact with, excluding Stephen. I'm a 4 or 5:15 OTF'er. I'm sure there are ways to get these instructors up to speed in this area.
Again, what do I like the most, coming to a session and having the personal touch and/or motivation and encouragement.

Also, on a different note, I have noticed that some of the instructors do not seem to keep pace on the times when on the tread. If they call for a 1 minute push, it ends early. Now, I can handle that occasionally, and I know timekeeping is not easy but stopping 3-5 seconds on every pace is taking away from my workout. Again, it is a teaching opportunity.

Levi did a great job. It was my first class with him and you would have thought he’d been coaching for years. Great transitions, understood what was coming next and good music.

It’s fun, short, and sweet. They change it up enough so it’s always interesting and you get the benefit of a coached workout while being part of a group.

I like the structure and how you're encouraged to challenge yourself, but the environment doesn't feel competitive. Everyone understands that we all are at different parts of our fitness journey and that adds to the supportive environment.
