The variety! No workout is ever the same. I love that it’s challenging, but a place for everyone at any place in their exercise journey. It is so awesome watching my body get faster and stronger!

I like doing three different types of workouts, monitoring my heart rate throughout to keep it at a certain level, and getting final results of how I did in calories burnt and average/maximum heart rates, etc.
I like the variety every day. The coaches are amazing and inspiring. The studio (especially during non covid times) does a lot to make you feel welcome and encourages success through recognition. The different challenges throughout the year are fun and reenergize me. I have been a member of OTF for 1.5 years (with the Covid closure in the middle). When I first joined I lost 25 pounds over six months and gained a ton of confidence. Covid set me back, but I started doing the at home workouts and got back on track almost finding my previous fitness level just in time for my studio to reopen. I love OTF!
OTF is a inviting environment for people of all fitness levels. It provides enough opportunity for competition with yourself but without being intimidating for those less competitive.

The class format, the coaches and the sense of community
I like coach directed workouts, the energy and professionalism of the coaches and I like the variety in the workouts.
Well rounded. Perfect length of time. I love that I don’t have to create a workout plan.

I don’t have to think about what I need to do for a complete body workout. I’m told exactly what to do, when to do it, and for how long! I love the workouts, and love all the coaches, staff and the positive environment of the Lake Tapps studio!
Took a year off due to pandemic. Tried to create workouts at home. Purchased a stationary bike and a rowing machine. But it is not the same. Went to the doctor and guess what I put on 14 pounds, felt lousy and ultimately depressed. Once I came back to the studio, there she was my dearest coach Toni! I felt like I was coming home. The workouts are challenging but like I remember amazing. Also over last couple of weeks, seeing other members is fantastic. It is such a happy feeling to see everyone and to see that they and their families are well.
The music, the coaches, the variation.
Being a person who had never done any workouts in my life, I find this place very close to my heart. The coach and the lobby ppl are very friendly and supportive. I feel my energy and mood lifted everyday when I come to OTF. The workouts are very diverse so we don’t feel bored doing the same kind everyday. I love this, I love this place.
The variety and the format.
Everything! The variety is awesome, I love how every workout is different. The music and overall atmosphere makes it so fun! Plus all the instructors are so nice and very personable.

I like that every workout is different and you get out of it what you put into it. Coaches are super positive and provide great fitness tips throughout and after the workout, along with nutrition advice.

I love the full body work out that is never the same. The energy and support of the coaches. And I love all the safety measures they have taken to ensure a healthy and safe work out environment.
Coaches help motivate and modify workouts to your level of fitness while pushing to improve.
I love the 1hour timeframe and that in that time I maximize calorie burn. I always feel like I get a great workout and it’s never a waste of time. Great coaches that are encouraging but not too pushy.
