What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to worry about taking a friend, or coordinating schedules with a friend. I can show up to OTF and I have trainers who are like friends. I don’t have to know what I’m doing with every single thing, they show me. I’m in and out quickly and feel great :)

What do you like about our workout?

I love the trainers and front desk staff at Cottonwood Heights. I also love that I just show up, I’m told what to do, and I get a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Variety of the work outs and the results seen after a short period of time. I feel better each and every day, it really goes by fast (but is intense) with some great people plus the coaches and staff are excellent

What do you like about our workout?

I love how I am pushed every time I come. The trainers are friendly and also make me laugh, so the time goes by faster. The music is motivating and the workout is always different.

Fun, different, energetic! Jaiden is a great COACH! She checks in with you when she notices something is off (so she knows the members in her classes), holds you personally accountable and challenges you in a way that is so different than the other coaches.

What do you like about our workout?

I have been going to OrangeTheory for nearly 6 years! I joined at Trolley shortly after moving to SLC in 2016. I can honestly say I've never done the same combo of exercises twice - the variety is what I love, and what is best for my fitness. These workouts have helped me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally, and it has been a little bit of home away from home during my time in SLC. I have recommended it to friends and family both - I've had a cousin, a friend, and my partner join and work out with me! I totally heart OTF. :-)

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are always challenging and changing. Everyday is a new set of exercises that target different areas of the body so you really do get a full body workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I don't have to think about it. The coaches direct me through all of it. There are always modifications if needed. It's never the same workout. All the coaches and staff are knowledgeable and know who I am.

I love when the coaches give pointers on how to have better form while running/power walking, lifting weights, and rowing. I’ve been going to OTF Holladay for almost 3 years and the daily pointers still benefit my workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I like having one of my peers sitting next to me checking my monitor because I am checking theirs. It pushes me to preform.... and having a coach push on top of that. It creates a motivating workout experience.

The variety is good and I like being challenged. But the coaches make all of the difference. I go to studios all over the US and Angie/Sierra are absolutely top notch. The best there is.

Everything!!! It’s accountability and a personal trainer all in one!!! The social aspect is just the right amount of interaction for 5am!!
