Every workout is different, every workout works me hard, every workout is just enough that it doesn't impact my life...it's just right!!

What do you like about our workout?

I attend regularly at 6 a.m. class on Monday and Thursday. I love the people I workout with at that time, even though I'm pretty reserved and stick to myself. They just have a positive energy about them. The employees at that time of the day are always so friendly and call me by name. They also do a great job of setting up and scheduling my workouts for me monthly. I'm amazed that they know each customer. Our trainers are always so uplifting, funny and motivate us to push ourselves. I've been going to OTF for a year and a half and love it. Personally I don't do the workouts like they are designed. I kind of do my own thing which is the treadmills, and rowing, I don't do the lifting part because of a bad shoulder, plus I go to VASA the other four days to do my lifting program. OTF I usually use specifically on Mondays and Thursday for my cardiovascular workout. Overall I love OTF because I get what I want out of it, love their treadmills, rowers and they take good care of the facilities.

What do you like about our workout?

I love everything about the workout. The coaches, the intensity, the people who become like family. I even love the soreness the day after the workout because I know that I am getting stronger. Lehi Orange Theory is the BEST!!

What do you like about our workout?

I really like that I feel great at the end of a work out, that I worked hard but I’m not so sore that I can’t move. I also like that it’s always a different workout so I’m less likely to get bored.

I also really like the heart rate monitor so I have another source of checking my body during a workout, but I don’t like that a heart rate monitor is not available for me to use without paying every time...especially since that’s what the gym is all about, heart rate.

Out of the three trainers that I’ve had I really like Bitty and Ashlee. They both are really good to keep everyone in the right form so they don’t get injured as well as motivating to push harder. The other trainer I had didn’t seem so interested in what everyone was doing, he seemed to be there just to be there.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orange Theory because:
You don't have to think about your workout. Listen to the coach. Do what he/she says. The end.
It's an hour--long enough to feel accomplished, short enough to survive!
I'm accountable. I have to schedule my classes and I get penalized if I don't show up.

The trainers are awesome. The workouts are diverse and very motivating. It’s the only thing that will get me out of bed at 4:30 in the morning.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that there is so much variety from day to day, so it never feels old or routine. Coaches are great, very encouraging and challenge you to do your best without pushing you beyond what your limits are. Always clean, professional staff. It’s over in an hour and I’m always happy I showed up.

I like that it provides both the benefit of group encouragement found in a class setting and that the focus still remains on individualizing each workout to your own body’s abilities.

I love that I just have to show up and do the work. The only preparation I have to do is getting there. The station cards make it simple and convenient as well.

Love that everyday is different and challenging! I’m super busy so it’s ideal to get a solid workout and get er done efficiently.Love the motivational coaching and music. It is truly the greatest way to start the day!
