Orange theory has always felt like home! The people who work there always make everyone feel like family, even for people who are trying out a class for the first time. I always feel supported and everyone here genuinely cares about the members and their well being! I also love how orange theory takes the guess work out of what I need to do for a worth-while workout. I can go in knowing I’m going in to do something worthwhile and feel better after.
Challenging, but doable. They are great with newbies like me. I have to take a few breaks, because i haven't worked out in years and this is my first week. They are super supportive. A different workout everyday keeps it from getting boring. Need to stick wit it.
its a steady, one hour workout
The environment is very encouraging. It doesn't feel like I'm competing with others I'm just competing with myself. The coaches are encouraging and it's great how attentive they are to everyone. Normally in a large fitness class I wouldn't expect to receive feedback on my form and with OTF they take the time to provide that an ensure you're not going to hurt yourself.
I really like the heart monitor and the fact that the weight floor includes a variety of exercises.
It gives me the accountability I need to get up and going, and the workout I need to hate myself less!
Consistent schedule of classes - always available. Workouts are never the same so it never gets boring!

Structure and mix of cardio and weights
Actually, I really like it all! The workout is challenging, which I find fun, and it's hard work but I find that gives me more determination to get it done. The staff is great, and the Coaches are wonderful! I like their music. I love the setup of the gym -- the way the equipment is laid out. I have a long way to go to reach my goals, but I'm excited for the journey with OTF!

All body types and fitness levels can successfully do a 45 minute or hour workout. The coaches at the Alamo Heights location are outstanding and motivate you to do your best.

The encouragement and guidance from Coach Sam and Christina was amazing. It was my first time at OTF so they were all strangers to me but that didn’t stop anyone from encouraging and motivating me and each other. I left OTF with an excitement to get to the next class. I felt like I woke up from a coma and felt a hope for myself that I hadn’t felt in years.
I like the cross training aspect as well as having a coach to ask questions.
