The energy Coach Jess provides is second to none. The workouts are always different and I love the coaching style of Jess. She knows just how to motivate different people and gets me to push a little harder every time. I was honestly planning on cancelling yesterday, but decided to go in for one more class since I was going to be there anyways. I immediately changed my mind after the class. It was so much fun that I couldn't make myself cancel. I had to remind myself of how much I enjoy going to Jess's class and even am considering signing up for more classes. Jess is a great asset to the company and see a bright future in this business for her.
Honestly I really enjoy all the workouts! Every time I have gone I’ve had nothing but an AMAZING and joyful experience. I usually go at night and every time I’ve gone I have Coach Jess, and she is such a delight. Keeps me on my toes and is very helpful when I have a question. She’ll help me challenge myself and give me motivation to push myself just a little harder, and she doesn’t do it too excessive either she does it because I could come in saying I’ll take it easy but she has seen me do better and she wants me to work hard and meet the goals I came in with. She is always in a great mood and when I’m coming to OTF to relieve some stress her mood brightens my day and makes the workout so much better!
i love how each work out is based on true fat burning or building muscle. It pushes you in ways that you even have to involve your mental state in order to push through the workout. It’s literally a full body workout and i always leave the studio dripping in sweat and my muscles tingling. I love orange theory fitness!

It’s intense and the pace is consistent. The equipment is very well made and I enjoy the atmosphere.
It is always different in some way. You don’t get bored. You get your cardio and strength training in. The coaches are motivating and fabulous!

I am not a 'gym person' and hadn't worked out in a gym environment for over 8 years before finding OT. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did and now I'm hooked on it!
I love the workout I get at OT because it is well-rounded, challenging, and fun. Gaining power, endurance, and strength are vital components of a workout at any age. I'm definitely on the oldest end of the age spectrum at New Braunfels Orange Theory but not made to feel "less than", which is important to me. On a recent hiking trip in Big Bend, looking up at the steep inclines and boulders ahead that would require scrambling over, climbing, and some jumping, I reflected about the confidence that my training at both Orange Theory and my yoga studio had given me, and really...that's what it's all about: training for "more life" as the motto is at OT. Functional fitness, confidence, and living life to its fullest are my workout goals. The New Braunfels coaches and staff are the best at helping me achieve these goals. I truly value this team.

Good coach, very motivating!
I really appreciate how you can tailor each workout to your specific needs and requirements. I started off walking two years ago, I couldn't' run at all, and now I'm running for 7 minutes straight without my heart rate hitting the red zone. I feel super confident and strong.

I love OTF
It changes daily and works my entire body’s. Coaches are the best at motivating and driving us to be our best.
The workouts are great for all levels from beginner to athlete.
More than the workouts... the coaches, the community outreach, and the friendliness of the other participants is what keeps me going back.
OTF brought out a confidence that I didn't think would be back since high-school days. I feel better physically and mentally, and it's just a great way to be a part of something bigger, too. The members, staff, and coaches all become friends in a family sort of way.
OTF workouts make me push myself to be better than I was the previous workout each and every time. As much as I can, as long as I can, I will recommend OTF to any/every one.

I like how efficient the workout is. You burn a lot of calories in one hour. I get my workout done in the morning and feel energized throughout the day.
I like the mix of cardio and toning. I also like the modification options given Incase you can not go all out!
The workouts are very professional. Number one reason I like the work outs is they work. You will lose weight and get in shape if you commit.
