The staff and the coaches at Orange Theory Bulverde are phenomenal! I enjoyed my three classes so much I decided to buy a monthly class pass even though I am from out of town. I definitely plan to visit every time I’m here and to take the enthusiasm and momentum I gained over just a few days with me as I travel! Thanks Jacob, Leilani, Nichole, Kim, Krissy!
I love that you can make it your own and you’re only competing against yourself. Without the HR monitor there’s no chance I would push myself as hard as I do. I often leave there thinking something like “if you would have asked me right now if I could run for 23 mins straight I definitely would have said no”… and I can customize each workout to work for me and not against me!

i love how OTF improves my running! i’ve run 8 half marathons and i’m currently training for my 9th. i hate running intervals on my own so when we do them in class i really feel myself improving.
i also love how strength is incorporated - all of the exercises are demonstrated and shown on a screen that you can refer back to.
overall 10/10 workout classes (coming from a fellow group fitness instructor).

I have had great improvement in my health since I started at OTF.
The different templates…specifically the circuit training with little rest in between mixed in with the rower. For the treadmill, the endurance templates with all outs at the end of each round.
