OTF is the exercise program you can get behind and stay with. It is simple, the coaches instruct the class for everyone regardless of their fitness level. That is one of the many reasons I love OTF. In the past year I have watched my own personal growth and energy level increase. Each day I'm motivated and feel great. I laugh as I have grown into one of those people that loves to workout. The mental clarity it has brought me is beyond anything I would have expected. PUSH PACE🧡

I recommend OTF to everyone! I love how All ages and fitness levels can participate. I also love how motivating it is and pushing myself to reach my fitness goals.
The only flaw, imo, is the stretching block is not long enough/not sufficient to reducing injuries. I have developed plantar faciaitis with doing OTF. This is due to not stretching enough, and tight calves & hamstrings. It should be encouraged that people stretch more after the intense workout.
OTF is a great and fun way to get a great workout in. The coaches are always so enthusiastic and helpful! The front desk people are also very nice every time I am in. I would and do recommend OTF to anyone looking for a class setting workout.
I love that all workouts are a full body workout! I’ve gained so much strength and muscle mass since I’ve joined.
I like that Orangetheory gives me a way to keep an eye on my heart rate while working out, along with the different zones to try and achieve. Also, the positive atmosphere allows me to push myself to work harder.

The coaches are really good and the interaction with other people.
It’s structured and different everyday. I don’t have to think.
They are quick and I don’t have to come up with them. I do enjoy the 45 minute one because it allows me to complete my workout before work. I would like to see the Lift 45 class even if it’s in the evening.
I love the structure of the workouts, the direction from the Coach and that I can decide on my intensity.
