It is a full workout but you are able to go at the pace you are comfortable and benefiting from for your body and not a generic workout tailored for someone else.
- The quality of the coaches and their commitment to the well being of all class participants. I typically attend 4-5 classes a week and enjoy the variety of focus within each session. Recently passed my 3-year anniversary. Addition of all-body lift a plus.
Coaches & Constant movement
I like that they are different every day. how ever I can get a workout anywhere … it’s the coaches that make the workout. Without the coaches getting to know their members and knowing strength’s and weaknesses. It would be any other gym.

I love the coaches (lots of energy, encouragement to push harder, and motivation to keep going even when I feel like I can’t anymore), the front desk staff (very friendly and welcoming, greets people by name), and the layout of the workout areas. Best OTF studio I have gone to in San Antonio (out of 3).
I love that I just have to show up and there is a new workout every time. I love that it’s a mix of cardio and weights. I love my coaches!

Love the gym, trainers, and classes. I was worried it would be intimidating but I’ve always felt very comfortable. The trainers are very welcoming and always there to help adjust an exercise if needed. I love it!! Also, this is the first thing in awhile that has kept me really motivated and losing weight is a bonus!

It’s the high intensity variations of strength, power and endurance. I’m never board of any of the workout blocks even when attending 4-5 sessions a week. I love my coaches, they are 90% of why I have been member for 3 1/2 years. I can count on energy and result with consistency.
Mix of cardio and strength training
There is consistent quality among the OTF coaches. The workouts are well balanced. Self and coach monitoring allows us to understand how our bodies are functioning in any give moments. There is good balance.

Tough, challenging workouts that are always different, hard and fun. Great staff, amazing coaches, supportive community makes it even that much better! Best workout ever!
The variety of exercises on the treadmill, floor and rower keep me motivated as do the awesome coaches. I feel more secure because the coaches watch out for us and give us tips as to how to accurately complete our exercises and offer alternatives as needed. I also love the staff. They are all extremely efficient and supportive.
Each workout is different, so there is no boredom. The coaches are encouraging, and the music makes it fun. I love that there are all ages and body types, so I don’t feel intimidated. It’s the only workout I’ve stuck with. I’ve been a member for 2.5 years, and love the changes I’ve seen to my physique!
Love the ever changing work outs! Your body is constantly challenged, and you never hit a plateau. The coaches are awesome, and keep you motivated to do your very best!
