Awesome staff, coaches, and equipment/facilities at the Dominion location! Always challenging workouts, never boring (though frequently tough), and coaches and staff are encouraging and helpful to make sure we enjoy ourselves and do exercises correctly.
The variety and flexibility with the intensity
OTF gives you the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. You are also guided through your workout by trained coaches who are very knowledgeable.
I love it! Don’t have to worry about the workout, it’s like it was designed just for me. Challenging but completely doable. I’ve been a member for 3 years and I love the family atmosphere!

The variety
I like that there is a variety and every day is different. And also that it is fun!
What I truly like about the work out is that it challenges me .I feel I get better every day at 55 you can’t stay stagnant you either get better or you get worse !!!
I am always greeted by name by all staff and feel like they truly care about the members. The templates seem to work well for me. The coaches motivating with enthusiasm encourages me to push a bit more. They seem to always be in a great mood and know what and how we are supposed to perform exercises. The location is close enough that I can make it in and out timely while still making it to work on time. Days that I work out are always better, I am more motivated throughout the day and feel better. My attitude is much more positive all day after working out each 6:15 AM class.
I am stronger and able to do much more physically than the 1st year or before starting at OTF. Most of the time the playlist is great and helps set a good pace to workout to. I do attempt to motivate and challenge others and feel like it makes the environment fun and competitive.

Orange theory always keeps things fun and exciting. Ever day is a different workout and if your ever unable to make it to your scheduled class, the staff are very understanding and will help you reschedule classes. The trainers are always friendly and will always help assist you during our workouts. 10/10, would definitely recommend to others.
I love how everyone at this studio is so nice and supportive of my fitness goals but also provides the little push or motivation to be better.
The coaches & front desk staff are so friendly & knowledgeable! I never feel out of place or insecure (even though I am extremely out of shape & awkward). The studio itself is always clean & fully stocked with anything I could need. The classes are always changing & engaging. Love it!

The team is so personable; they have gone out of their way each time I came in to remember my name when we talk. The workouts push my expectations of what I can do and make breaking barriers easy and enjoyable, which cannot be done at home for me.

I love the fact that is Coach lead! I have workout equipment at home, sadly through Covid-19 pandemic, I lacked motivation or the willingness to workout. My Wife and her girlfriends started going first and I saw the spark in her eyes that I desperately wanted: that drive, that motivation. Upon speaking with Coach Anna on the initial introduction to the equipment and studio, I got what I was looking for. She said "We focus on the inside first, then the outside will change." It has done just that, after having attended 21 classes, I feel so much better all around. Thank you, Orange Theory Fitness for providing the little spark(Splat) that we needed.
