This was my 3rd workout with Shawnee. My body muscles truly hated her the first workout. Today, I realized it was me my body muscles hated for allowing myself to get so out of shape. In just 3 workouts I can already feel the improvement in my mobility and flexibility. Thank you Shawnee…see you next week😀👍👍👍

I like how the coach guides us through the workout. It makes every work out effective. No wasted time or movements. Get in, do the workout, stretch and get out. Plus they are friendly and caring. They add fun to the workouts along with the challenge.
