How organized it is :)
I like that the workout is so action-packed you don't have time to get lazy — just on to the next thing! My endurance has improved a lot on tread, and I really am appreciating the stress relief!
Coach Kara, Anna, Jessica, and Allie have a positive attitude, motivated, friendly and most importantly make sure we are lifting properly so we don't get hurt. It's an upbeat on-schedule workout that has changed my life. I was only going to do this for two months but has turned into almost two years. I am in for life. The atmosphere and energy is awesome! The staff up front I can't forget about. Chloe, Nicky, and Clarissa always have a smile, friendly, and keep everything moving smoothly. Keep up the good work San Antonio Bulverde Team you Rock!
The coach was so awesome and the class was fun
It’s a short, compact workout that includes both cardio, and weight training.
In addition, the multiple class options and OTF app are very convenient for scheduling.
It also has the benefit of a personal trainer to push your limits
I love the instructors and energy they give us!
Smaller classes and strong motivation
I love the strength classes and coaches at this location are the best! ! I hope they add more core into work outs and add more toning workouts! There is a lot of shoulder work but I would love to see more workouts for toning/slimming the arms as well
The templates/ workouts keep you wanting yourself to push yourself a bit more and more each time
The coaches who motivate more than coaches at other studios in San Antonio. I also love the competitions, incredible music playlists (and understanding that the music is part of our workout experience!), and fun things like decorating to make the workout less boring. Daniel knows how to motivate us. No other studio I've been to has a group huddle before and after class. That's what brings people in - community, group fitness! It motivates. I've been a member for 2 years.
Tips and suggestions
I love that it’s a class, instead of figuring out a routine on my own. It’s also easy to get motivated since I know what to expect and the workouts are fun but also challenging. I’m going to OT in conjunction with another speciality fitness class, and OT classes work well together.
Having so many classes including virtual classes makes it much easier to go, and working around life and work.
I love the coaches that are always encouraging and helpful no matter your fitness level. The workouts are structured and I always feel accomplished when I’m done. My fitness has greatly improved since starting OrangeTheory
Organized, effective and quick!
I like the enthusiasm of the coaches. I like them making sure I use the best form so I don’t get hurt. I like the variety and thoughtfulness of the workouts. I like the consistency across the various locations.

Excellent staff!. Love all the coaches and the workouts. No work is the same. If you are committed to work out and clean your diet you should see results!! Definitely recommend for people who want the feeling of a personal trainer without the expense.

The music is always good. The coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful and concerned each participant. The program is very successful if you're consistent.
The workout is intense, and varies from day to day. I love that the coach just tells you what to do, so there is zero thought required.
