A great mix of strength training with cardio, and it’s a differ t mix every time.
I started OT with a friend who wanted to try it out. We started slow, 2 days a week and laughing when someone would talk about running on the tread. Here we are 2 years later...20 lbs down (after last year's Transformation Challenge, going 3-4 times a week, jogging on the tread and lifting heavier than when we started. OT has made a new me and I am thankful.

Variety
I love being able to track my progress and compete against myself and others. It’s great to come in and feel welcomed and motivated by the front desk staff and coaches. Time flies while in class, and it’s easy to get locked into a workout with the pump-up jams playing during class.
Challenging but as hard as you want it to be. The variety from day to day gives a complete body workout and prevents boredom. There is never pressure to push more weight or run faster than is comfortable or doable. Coaches are enthusiastic and helpful, no shaming. The HIIT workout has increased my endurance and power for long distance cycling. The studio is spotless, well-maintained, mopped and cleaned after every class; complete with important touches like sanitary wipes. The sense of community is evident by the lockers...in plain view of the front desk staff but nobody bothers to put locks on them since we all feel like family. The classes are small, and the demographics of age range (20-75), genders and various fitness levels means there's a good cross section of fellow members who all share a desire for fitness and support each other.

I like the structure of orange Theory every time I take a class It’s a complete full body workout With coach correction to insure I’m doing the exercises correctly I like the music in every class I enjoy the flexibility when traveling i can go to class in another state or city or even another country Orange Theory is always a great workout!!!
It is a fast moving template with very good coaches to keep us from hurting ourselves
