I am addicted to OTF! In a few months I started seeing results, both with improved cardio fitness and strength/muscular development, and now at ~15 months I am very happy with my progress. OTF is the only personal fitness approach I have stuck with for so long. Classes are fun and appropriately challenging. Coaches create a motivating atmosphere and make it enjoyable. Above all, I just feel great about myself after every workout!

An absolute over the top quality work out experience. Even with a class environment, it feels personalized and easy to follow the entire hour.
The hour flies by as the coach keeps you engaged the entire time with the regiment; working and helping push your body to the uncomfortable-comfortable to help push for the burn and feel that achievement when you are done. Even with only a few classes under my belt, I look forward to the next one to see what I can achieve even further. Can't wait to see the physical results my body is putting into it.

It’s a great workout, the time flies
The entire experience from the community of fellow workout partners, front desk team members and lastly dynamic and fun coaches makes working out fun and not work. The classes are always different (maybe a veriation difference) but working different muscle groups challenges you to new levels and you can determine how much you want to participate and at what level.
I like that there is a set to follow so I’m not working out aimlessly.
