Like I've always said, once you start coming to OTF for work-outs, it's hard to stop. The coaches set you up to win and make sure you are using the weights, bands, rower and treadmills correctly, so that you prevent injuries and get the maximum results for the time that you are there. The sense of community is strong, and the friendships made are encouraging.
Just keep showing up and do what you are instructed to do. No need to keep records of what you lifted yesterday, or how many reps you did this or that. Every day is different than the day before, and that's a good thing!

An OTF workout is like personal training in a small group. Coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. The atmosphere is positive and friendly; safety is a top priority. I don't want to work out anywhere else!
