It works! I signed up for OTF Keller when they were in the process of building it. I worked out regularly (3-4 times a week) for a couple years until I hurt my knees skiing thinking I was still 25 not 50. Instead of surgery, I opted to rest and lay off exercise for a while. A year later I started working out on my own but didn't have the accountability to be consistent. I tried Pilates thinking with the monthly payment it would be the perfect combo of low impact and accountability. For me, it ended up being more of a relaxation, stretching experience with the lights low and soft music. Hence, two years later I am back at OTF. The music and comradery energize me. The combination of cardio and weights keeps me tone and the weight off so I can still enjoy my work hard/play hard lifestyle.😁 I should have never left.

No matter how in shape I consider myself to be, the workout pushes me like no other. EVERY SINGLE TIME!
I like that the programing is done for me. The pace is upbeat but manageable. The flex deck on the treadmill makes for a pleasant running experience.
I lime that it’s different every time but I still feel completely happy with every work out. I also love the feeling of being pushed to my full potential. This is such a great workout!!!!

I liked that coach Carley didn't make me feel like I needed to be anything more then myself. I felt beyond welcomed. I loved how Carley made you remember why you were there. She was very motivating.

I love the competitive spirit with everyone at OTF . The coaches gives you that extra push when you need it and it really motivates me to go harder. Being a former collegiate athlete, I never thought I’ll find a class that could push me the way OTF has. Thank you!!!!!!
I love the OTF family! The workouts push me to challenge muscle groups that I don't push on my own. The professional staff take the time to get to know each person by name. We have fun and work hard. I'm much stronger thanks to Orange Theory Fitness.
From the staff to the coaches, everyone had great energy and it felt like the truly cared about you and wanted you to get better just as much as you did. Loved the variety of music every coach played, kept me pumped up and even helped me push myself just a little harder than usual. Made me feel like I was right at my home studio. I always look forward to coming back to this area so I can visit this studio again.
It's what you make it, it's at your pace and as you challenge and strengthen yourself you will be confident in challenging others.
I love the coaches and how motivating they are to help you get through the workouts. Everyone starts at their own level and it's a really supportive environment. Everyone is friendly and i enjoy that none of the workouts are ever the same. If you want a challenging workout with a supportive staff and new friends orange theory is where you should be.

I love how it pushes each person individually without focusing on things like reps completed, weight lifted, and minutes per mile! I love that everyone gets feedback from the super friendly instructors and that it's such a welcoming environment.

Love that even though this is not my home studio, they welcomed me in for several workouts while I was staying at TCU for two weeks. Great coaches and friendly staff, always encouraging everyone on their fitness journey. This is the third year I’ve been to this studio while at TCU, and will definitely be back next year when at TCU again. Thank you all!!
