I love that you have a coach instructing you on what do to the entire class! It keeps me motivated. I also love that it's a group workout, but you have your own set of everything so you're not sharing equipment.
Coaches
As a single mom of 4, I need a workout class that allows me to select my own days and times according to my hectic schedule. OT allows me to see my calorie burn progress during class, which confirms that I am getting a high calorie burn and improving muscle tone by running, rowing, and lifting. This is the one type of workout that I have consistently stuck with and I am loving my results!

Coach Kayla and Coach Kyle really care about your progress and celebrate all of your victories, big or AND small. Whether that's increasing your tread million speed by .1 or nailing the dead bug coordination. They engage with you throughout your workout ensuring you use proper form and techniques to make sure get the most out of each workout. They embody the core principles of Orangetheory and really give you the sense of community and leaves no one feeling left out.
