I absolutely love OTF Colleyville! I have been a member at several studios and by far this is my favorite! The staff and coaches are awesome, super friendly, will challenge you and at the same time very understanding of your personal fitness level, medical conditions that may limit you; they will modify the movements as needed and make sure your form is correct! The studio is always impeccable and clean! The hours are very convenient too! I highly recommend this studio to anyone that want to have fun while getting a good workout in!

I have always enjoyed OTF - I tell people about it on a regular basis, I do have to say it is expensive when I explain OTF, but I encourage people to give it a try, it is a great workout.

Interactive and lively
I really love the workouts at Orange Theory, I like that they use science to create a balanced workout for every day and incorporate cardio and weight training in one hour. I have been a member for over 3 years, this is the longest I have ever kept up with any exercise routine and it works if you put in the commitment. The coaches are informative, enthusiastic and kind. You can start in whatever shape you are in now and go at your own pace.
Great coaches, Kiara and Karson really shine as motivators and demonstrators.

It works my total body. I have only been back for 3 classes and can tell I needed it to reach my goals. Working out on my own was good, but not getting the job done!
My alarm fires off in the morning and I am up and dressed before I even remember where I am. I stumble out the door and sprint into OTF, usually 2 minutes late. My brain is rehashing the previous day's churlish chicanery and the last thing I want to do is spend 30 min on a treadmill. However, here we are. Ponytail up, heart monitor firing in the blue. Then next thing you know it's 3...2...1 push pace!
The music goes up, treads ramp up, and the water rowers take off. Suddenly, yesterday's nonsense fades away and it's just me and the weird-looking dude staring back at me in the mirror. I don't have to outwork the rest of the class; I just have to beat the guy in the mirror.
Fast forward an hour. I survived!
I have worked out in different gyms, studios, and CrossFit boxes around the country. None of them are OrangeTheory. If you want a $9 self-guided experience, OTF isn't for you. If you want a motivating, convenient, killer workout with awesome people, choose OTF. You have my personal guarantee you won't be disappointed.
The staff is very personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love the classes and am already feeling the results after just a few classes.

I like the office manager and all the trainers. Chisry the head is the best. I have lost 50 pounds in the a year. Had a heart attack in February 2023 but recovered very quickly.
Love the group workout experience led by a personal coach experience. Always appreciate being corrected on my form so that I am not injured and can continue coming back! The group atmosphere keeps me motivated and the inspirational music is an added bonus.
It's the accountability of my fellow members. Instructor led classes and them knowing when to push you a little more.
