It does not require thinking or motivation- once you get there, the coaches give you all the motivation you need if you are open to doing the work. The commitment is easy with the scheduling in advance.

adaptability for all levels
Hands-down, this workout burns more calories than any other workout I do and I do many. I appreciate the mix between power, endurance and strength and the variety that the work out provides.
I have always loved the orkouts and the community of OTF. Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to attend as many classes as we would like because we have issues with one of the coaches. We’ve been to her class a few times and keeping the timing straight has been very challenging for her. If we see her on the schedule, we make other plans for that day. They’ve gotten rid of a few of the 8:15am classes because of low attendance. Unfortunately, she’s much of the reason there is low attendance.

I have a different workout every time. The coaches are amazing and the members are great too.
It is planned ahead of time by someone else. The routines are changed constantly. Coaches are positive encouragement and helpful. It works with my changing schedule.

I love the different classes. The workout was not always the same. I love that the classes are small enough to where I get what I want attention if needed, and the camaraderie of a group setting. It’s a great way to get a well-rounded work out.
The hour flies by, it’s never boring, it is challenging, and the coaches are motivating and so friendly!
Coaches are fantastic! It's obvious they are there for everyone and always willing to help you work towards your goals. Great at correctly demonstrating weight room exercises, assisting in the correction of movements that are incorrect and encouraging correct posture and positioning on the rower. Facility is really clean. Equipment is always operational. I really enjoy the 'team' atmosphere The workouts are always changing and covering different muscle groups in various ways so no getting bored with the same old routines!
Orange Theory is just a great place to workout at!
It's always the best workout for me! That's why I came back to it after being out for health reasons. It's consistent, demanding, powerful, and just plain fun!!!
Great workout! Instructors very knowledgeable.
This has changed my life completely! I love how fast things move, the change from one day to the next, the integration of specialty workouts and opportunities to set monthly goals (i.e. Marathon Month). And the staff and members are family! I love it all!
