I like that I don't have to think about my workout The coach has already prepared an effective training session for me and, although we are in a group, I am still challenged and pushed to safely achieve my fitness goals.

Combination of cardio and weights is a big plus, but options of walking on treadmill or using elliptical or bike. Only wish a specific core section included everytime. Such as burpee’s or supported sit-ups with back support pads

I’m a fan of the group workout and the variety of options. It is a strong, driven exercise routine with plenty of support and no pressure.
I like the individualized attention and the varying workouts that are offered. Definitely a different type of workoit experience for me.
I like the coaches correcting me on my form, I like having someone to ask about an alternative exercise, I also like them pushing me harder than I would if I worked out alone.
My entire first time experience with OT was amazing. Brittany helped me schedule and answered all my questions - she imparted confidence to me before my first workout, from helping me with my heart rate monitor and setting me up with a locker, to introducing me to the instructor, to asking me how my workout was afterward. All these little things mattered to me because I had never step foot inside OT before and was completely new. My workout with DJ was amazing! I appreciated her demo'ing beforehand how the session would go so that I knew what to expect and how to follow along better. She encouraged me, corrected my form along the way, and celebrated me all along the workout! What a great time!!! I tend to be intimadated by gyms and workouts because I feel self-conscious when I can't keep up. But that didn't happen at all, and I was allowed to keep my own pace as a newbie. I can't say enough great things about DJ and how she cared for me! It gives me the impression that the trainers are definitely keeping a close eye out the whole 60 minutes, which made me feel safe and supported! I could also sense the community at Coppell from my first time there - a member named Katie even helped me along the way, ushering me into the next blocks and was a great buddy. Thankful that there's a water cooler available and that the gym has late classes - that makes it possible for me to say "yes" to this amazing program.

I love the structured workouts and the trainers abilities to adjust the workouts to accommodate my back injury. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I would encourage anyone that wants a total body workout to try Orange Theory.
I love there machines, the guidance, and the music. I don’t have to think about the workout, I just go and do it!
It is whole body including cardio. I like I don’t have to think about it because the coach walks me through every step of the way. Of course, the coaches are great as well.
It’s so well-rounded and you feel like you cover all the bases.

I love the updated/upgraded workout format. Allowing some flexibility in reps and even some times on the treads has mixed up the workout and continues to challenge me!
