I love that every workout is different. Each coach is awesome, and it always willing to help or give you suggestions. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and makes it a point to know your name and to get to know you.
I really enjoy the playlist Becca plays. Becca explains the workout well by demonstrating and I enjoy the atosmphere.
Discipline
The coaches are awesome and very supportive about working with me and my issues resulting from COVID.
I can always count on an Orange Theory workout to push me forward in the lifelong quest to stay fit. All I have to do is show up, listen to the coach, and let my heart rate tell me if I’m working hard enough.
