I like that it’s a group workout, but I don’t feel intimidated or worried that people are judging me, especially being a beginner to the class. I’ve only been to classes with one instructor, but she has been great. I love that the workout is guided enough that you know what to do, but still on your own enough that you can go at your own pace. And the staff are all so nice and welcoming!
I like this location specifically. I’ve been to a couple other locations and the people are a bit chatty for me, even during the workout with coaches. However here, everyone is in the zone and the coaches keep everyone engaged which I love. I love all the coaches now and even the front desk. Everyone’s been a help and I enjoy that. (I could be bias because its my home location.) The workouts are great too, they continuously challenge me and give me something new.
OTF workouts are organized with great energy. HIIT workouts are so important for healthy labs and managing work/life balance and stress. Keep up the great work!

It is challenging, but generally fun. Its effective. I enjoy the studio and the different exercises. I wish there was less turnover from the staff, but I can understand the challenges the studio faces in retaining staff. The workouts are always different.

"What do I like about the OTF workout?"? It'll be easier to say all the things I DON'T like about OTF and the OTF workout. Ok, here's my list:
That the workouts (templates) are designed such that I don't have to wonder "what am I going to do today to workout?". The convenience of this alone cannot be overstated. This combined with the presence of a trained, competent coach.
I love the variety and challenging moves in addition to the members and coaches
Amazing coaches and great workouts that are always different.
The workouts allow me to push myself pretty hard, but in an environment where I feel safe doing so. The coaches always are able to help me to either tweak things to prevent injury, or adjust my workout in case I'm recovering from one.
It’s fun, engaging with great instructors! I always leave class happy!
I like the class circuits and how they change up what we are doing in each rotation floor, treadmill, and rowing. I also love Jamie and Lacey as coaches. They are awesome!!!
