I’d have to say the energy of the coach is my favorite thing about the workout. It pumps me up and gets me to push myself a little harder.
OTF takes the complication of what to do out of your workout. You don’t have to think about if today is leg day or upper body day. You don’t have to figure out a circuit on your own. You aren’t standing at a gym with all this equipment with a blank “oh, crap” expression on your face.
The workouts are structured in a way that options are available from beginner to advanced to “I eat dumbbells for breakfast” and every level in between. I feel like I am able to get in a quality workout everytime I walk through those doors.
I love OTF! The only workout I’ve ever stuck with more than a year (and I did it through pregnancy)! I have seen great results and never been more fit!
I loved how Chandlyr pushed us but also let us know that it is okay to take a break.
It was a fun environment to work out in! The coach was so motivating and I felt really accomplished after the hour was up!

I burned 500 calories in an hour! And it was challenging, but doable. Antonyo also took extra time with me because I'm new to this.
It's challenging and helps push me to be better.
I like that it is guided that I really get an hour to check out that somebody else will tell me how fast to run and how long and how many to do Etc

Fast paced and different from day to day. Like to see my progress throughout the workout with the heart rate monitor.
Workouts are challenging and vary so you don't get bored. Coaches are great! Great music most of the time and Joey really makes sure the updates to the studio happen as soon as corporate will allow. This is the first workout class I've stuck with that's not personal training!!
Everything!! I especially love being able to tell how hard I'm pushing myself - I'm always afraid I'm not pushing myself hard enough and then I over-do it, putting me down for the count for days to recover. OTF takes away that guess work!
