Power days are great days!
I love that the workouts are not repetitive and vary from day to day. Helps avoid burnout or boredom from doing the same thing all the time. At the same time the intensity levels are for the most part very high level which is great as well.

I love Orangetheory! I was in Austin as a visitor, and usually work out in Brooklyn. The Austin studio was welcoming and it was the same great workout I'm used to!

Variety of workouts and trainer support
Generally great energy and a really productive use of an hour in my opinion. Always leave feeling fulfilled. As a side note, I don't particularly like the workout days when you rotate machines every 5 minutes or so.
Quick workout and really feels like you're working every part of your body. Much more productive than an hour spent in the gym.
As a 70 year old, I like the variety of exercise in one hour. I can get my cardio in - at my pace, do strength exercises for my bones, balance and muscle tone- again at my pace and leave with a smile on my face knowing I've done a great one-hour workout!
