It reminds me of PT in the army , except there is AC and we are not rolling around in the dirt. Oh and the endorphins released by a hard workout.

I love the variety and I'm motivated by everyone in the room. Signing up was one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time. I work harder at OTF than I do on my own and I can feel the healthy changes.
Both challenging but also self-paced. Having a coach to help with checking for proper form and demonstration of exercises is helpful, and they also help give a positive and motivational quality to a class. The variety of treadmill, rowing and weight floor exercises along with various approaches to a given class, for example, endurance or power, etc., is great for a well-rounded approach to fitness.
I love the coaches, the music and the community! OTF makes it easy to just show up and get a great workout in without having to think about it.

I love the variety of the workouts and I love how the coaches push you to stay motivated.
Every coach is friendly, positive, supportive, and energetic. They run the classes (I have only attended the early morning classes: 6:30, 7:45 during the week; 7:30, 8:45 on Saturdays) well, keeping things interesting, challenging, fun, and pushing us to do our best. Even we arrive "low energy," we will have fun and leave with a sense of accomplishment. It's never boring. Likewise, the front desk staff provide great customer service, greeting us by name as we arrive. They're always friendly and helpful.

Great coaches! I’ve only had Jandi or Jen and they’re great. They are motivating and organized.
I like that the workouts are varied and doing them with other folks helps keep me motivated!
1 year and 150 workouts in, my husband and I love the time we get to spend together and working on our overall well-being. All of our coaches have been inspiring and motivating. A combination of everyone’s positivity keeps us coming back for more and now….we even look forward and miss it when we have to skip a class. It’s an investment but we’ll worth it!
Great motivating instructors and workout times and class types work well in the morning for my schedule.
I don't have to think when I am in an OTF class. I just show up, turn my brain off, and do what the instructor tells me. I have noticed major improvements in strength, mood, and overall health since joining.
Challenging but do-able. Full-body. Easy to workout at my own pace while pushing myself and staying competitive.

OTF gives me a personal trainer in a group setting. I need to be told what to do... otherwise I will have "oh look a squirrel" moments!
I like the coaches and how they are there for you during the workout. They also motivate you and encourage you to do the best even when the workouts are hard.
I have trained all my life in a gym with weights. Cardiol has always been easy to skip. Tough to compare gym training to O.T., but the healthy mix of cardio, core, resistance, and weights while monitoring my heart rate and cal burn has been a good positive life change for me at 58.
Workouts are fun and effective. Love the Pflugerville coaches and staff. Music is motivating and the overall ambiance and team culture at Pflugerville is amazing!
