I love the variance in exercises and tempo! It keeps things interesting and burns a ton of calories.

What do you like about our workout?

I looooove our coaches! Coach Kristina is our rock, Coach JP is our new leader at CP, Coach Brent is a bada--, and Coach Dylan is so motivating and full of helpful information regarding exercises! We seriously have the most well rounded team! I've been with OTF for over 4 years and at multiple different locations and this is by far the most well rounded team! Also, shout out to the front desk team members for always showing up with a smile at 5am and keeping us all happy and moving behind the scenes! Love OFT CP!

What do you like about our workout?

I always love the energy and being able to push my limits every class! There is always new exercises to do and every class keeps me on my toes!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the built-in accountability system (the fact that I have to pay for a session if I am not intentional about my schedule). I also love the versitility in the workouts. It's never the same workout. I end up working on the very things I know I need to be working on (that I would totally avoid if I had the option)!

I like that all I have to do is show up, follow the instructions and complete the class. It works! I’ve lost and kept off 53 lbs and continue to notice physical differences on my body. I love OTF and wish I had joined years ago.

What do you like about our workout?

This Orangetheory location has some great coaches, and the new treadmills have been upgraded (early 2019) to include the individual displays that make it much easier to see your statistics (heart rate zone, interval distance, cumulative distance, etc.) if you're wearing the compatible heart rate monitor. The rowers are also all new as of early 2019, and thankfully they're now secured in place for proper spacing and to keep them from drifting with heavy rowing. My only complaint about this location is that the weight room is pretty crowded with 15 stations. A couple years ago there were only 12 stations, but the move to 15 stations made things a bit tight in there. Most members are pretty good at being respectful and coordinating space needs with their neighbors, and everyone is very friendly. Overall, it's a great gym environment and ALWAYS A GREAT WORKOUT!

What do you like about our workout?

Absolutely love OT. I would recommended anyone try a class and see what you think ! Group exercise is great when you need the motivation to finish your work out.
I joined a year 1/2 ago and hardly go to my own gym now :) I never was one that embraced cardio. I feel as though OT does push me to do more cardio, and that is a good thing. I give OT a 10 all the way, and thumbs up to all the positive coaches that show up to motivate each and everyone of us daily !

What do you like about our workout?

I am a two-time Olympian and Olympic medalist and these workouts give me the same intensity and satisfying results as I felt during my days of training for high-level competition. Although my competition days are long gone, I am thankful that these workouts allow me still to bring out my inner competitiveness.

They are high energy and action packed! You can see results within a matter of weeks. I can feel myself growing stronger with each workout. I look forward to my mornings at OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workouts vary every day. I also like that there are different goals introduced periodically. For instance Marathon month, has encouraged me to pay attention to my tradmill distances and try to increase them.
