Structure and instructor
I love that the workouts are always different, mix of cardio and weight training-never boring. Always fun, positive vibes in the gym. The coaches at OTF Georgetown are great ! I tell everyone how much I love OTF Georgetown.

I love that the coaches and the workouts push me to do better. The music keeps me fighting through the hard stuff. Everyone in the classes are encouraging and just doing their best and there's no judgement. Coach Kate, Kaitlyn, and the new Coach Josh are knowledgeable, motivating, friendly and really are interested in seeing each of us succeed. It's a great atmosphere.
Great work out, sometimes a bit loud and hard to hear instructor. Would like a bit more variety!
The running, ab and body weight workouts and it’s all done in a little more then an hour.
