Structure and the positive feedback from the coaches.
The workout helps incorporate the entire body and is challenging to everyone which leaves you feeling accomplished at the end. I like keeping track of my heart rate so I can challenge myself to keep improving. The coach (Coach Eli) was incredible and helped make my first workout so easy to grab onto all the different workouts throughout the session.
How personalized it was. Jazzy was so sweet and patient with me. I’ve been telling everyone how much I loved the class!
The smaller class sizes, music, motivational instructors, and the fact that normal people go there.
Coach; results easily viewed on screen. It’s an hour well spent; maximizes workout time.

So many things I like about Orange theory.
1. The coaches are at the top of the list with their experience, enthusiasm, positivity and amazing ability to lead such large groups hour after hour, day after day! I'm very grateful for them.
2. The space is simple and clean and the equipment is great.
3. the workout is a very well rounded mix of cardio and strength training.
4. the class is a nice balance of being pushed and supported by group energy and occasional partner work while at the same time completely individualized with the space to attune to my own level and pace (which I feel helps prevent injury)
5. The schedule! Exercise is so easily sabotaged and I have little excuse when classes are readily available all day. If my schedule changes, as so often happens to the best laid plans in life, (especially as a parent), it is easy to make it up.

The coaches are motivating and helpful. The structure of the workout efficiently addresses the whole body with both strength and cardio training, and allows you to challenge yourself as much as you want and are able. And it works!
Good mix of cardio and strength training - the music can be a bit too loud at times for my taste . The monitors for heart rate are a bit erratic and seem to have drops in monitoring - it shows me in a blue or grey zone though am clearly breathing hard and when it syncs up again there is a spike to Orange. I like the overall concept and fairly large class schedule that gives me options
Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and upbeat. Workout are high-energy and different each time, so it keeps it fun and motivating.
I like that you can workout at your own desired pace, but also have a coach helping you and pushing you to have a better workout.
I love that each day is a different workout! Leander has the best coaches too!
Over 3 years in and still loving OTF! I’ve hit the 5am almost every weekday and it never gets old or mundane. Chantelle does a fantastic job keeping Avery in track and getting great coaches.

Orangetheory is the first method of exercise I’ve stuck with in a long, long time. The workouts are challenging, never boring. The coaches are awesome-especially JP, Brent & Dylan-very motivating and funny. I love the feeling of community and how everyone is so encouraging. I tell everyone how awesome it is-can’t say enough good things about OTF. It’s worth every penny!!

Energizing and a different workout everyday! Various times to workout, to fit into my schedule. Literally you a personal trainer and a gym membership all in one, what is better than that?
