Awesome coaches and always a good workout!
It’s a great workout with great people and coaches. Most of the clients could use better unedited music but that’s a minor problem. Front staff is also great too for the most part. However corporate policies and data management ruin the overall customer experience. A companies job is to make money but if I’m paying 179 and then it jumps to 199 a month when I was told I was as locked in at 179 not to mention the fact that I can’t use the app it makes paying such a high price even more frustrating. I have contacted support and gone through the manager of my OTF with no help at resolving my trouble logging into the app. I love OTF but this kind of behavior is exactly what I wished to avoid signing up at OTF rather than a lifetime or 24 hour gym. However it seems billing and technology are just two things that a gym still can’t seem to improve on. I have withheld writing a better business bureau review because I know how it affects the location and the people that work there. If it just went to corporate OTF I would have submitted a review months ago.
I lift weights each time I come which is very important for health and longevity. I love the coaches who know my name and make suggestions that have really helped me achieve my goals. The music is great.
First is the coaches - Montana and Sean are great. Second is the variability of the workout - like mixing it up while knowing it will always be a good workout.
Ever day is different so I don’t ever become bored. I am getting stronger and definitely have more endurance. The team is our cheerleaders but carefully keeps an eye on us to maximize the exercises.
My regular coach is Antonio, and he always goes above and beyond to keep the energy up and keep you mentally tuned in and ensures you are keeping form correct. Keeps me coming!
I love the environment and encouragement!! Everyone has their assigned space, so I don't feel in the way.

This was my very first class! I got to try the class on a fun friday the 13th day! Everyone was super inviting and kind from the staff to the other classmates! I ended up purchasing a membership after class let out! Looking forward to attending more times in the future.

I am so impressed with Orange Theory and their model to meet the fitness needs for such a diverse group of people with varying goals and needs. It is always a high energy experience with lots of informative instruction and positive reinforcement! I have never looked forward to working out as much as I do with OTF!
