Everything! OTF is the best full body/overall workout there is. I love the ability to watch your heart rate and how the workout allows you to control it and keep your HR in the right zones. The coaches are amazing and very attentive to each individual. By far this is the most effective workout that is self paced yet challenging and one that anyone can do.

The coaches are helpful, workout is effective, and staff is friendly. I don’t have to go into a gym and feel weird because I don’t know what I’m doing with the equipment or I don’t know how to get a total body workout on my own. I also love that I can schedule classes in advance so there’s no anxiety about whether or not I’ll get in. It’s so perfect for me and it’s been literally life changing!

The ability to go at your own pace as a beginner but be pushed to try your hardest. Also being corrected on form with workouts I've never done before to help prevent injury and work the correct muscle groups.

The workout is fast paced and something different every day so it holds my interest. I appreciate the support, encouragement, and personal attention given by the coaches. They are also great about checking on me when I have been MIA.
