I love everything about it. I have also tried CrossFit and Burn Boot Camp, and while those have their strengths, this is my favorite. I love the structure of it with the rotating guided workouts, love the fact that I can check my heart rate and that there are clear goals, and especially I love the fact that I feel anonymous when I’m in the gym – I never feel in the spotlight or drawn to attention – that is very important for me because I’m not in as good of shape as most of the other people in there!
It’s more than cardio; it’s a complete body work-out.

Feels like having personal trainer in a group setting. Super knowledgeable coaches. Great customer service. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and happy you’re there! So far I am loving this workout which is challenging but interesting enough to engage me.
Very dynamic, interval training. Coaches will not let you slow down, and they will keep pushing you until you meet your goals. Floor exercises vary from day to day, to avoid the monotony!

Always feel accomplished when I’m done with a workout. Definitely worth it! Plus, the instructors are amazing!
My results
1. Workouts are whole body and encompass cardio & strength.
2. No one seems to be judged for varying the intensity of the workout to their fitness level.
3. If you take class regularly on the premier membership, the cost/workout is relatively low.

You can always count on having an excellent workout. It’s awesome to not have to worry about “What do I want to do?” as everything is well planned. All you have to do is bring it & the rest will fall into place. With the first workout being free, you’ve got nothing to lose but sweat & a ton of calories.
I feel like I am getting a full body workout--working cardio and strength training. I like the positive energy and support of the instructors, and I like that there is enough variety to keep it interesting, but the general framework is predictable so I am not trying to learn the class format every time I go.

Today was my second day attending orange theory! And boy I am sore lol. I must admit I am so glad that I decided to join this facility. I was a little nervous at first but the staff made my friend and I feel so welcome. The classes are fun but you are definitely going to work up a sweat! If you need that extra push I highly recommend this place!
