Very welcoming team at the desk and the coach was high energy and engaged.
OTF is the best 1 hour fitness class that I've found. It supports all age groups and its workouts are uniquely designed, so that typically no two workouts are the same. The coaches are well trained, motivating and understand the fundamentals of good strength and conditioning practices / movements. I find the basic components of the workout (Treadmill, Rower and Floor / Free weights) to be very well balanced and also support the key elements of good sound strength and conditioning practices.
While OTF is a "group" exercise class, I think it also allows participants to go at their own pace and compete against themselves in terms of their own goals and fitness progression. I am also a firm believer in "High Intensity Training" and feel the OTF philosophies and fundamental program design protocols are very much aligned with my fitness background and experience. Furthermore, the OTF classes are widely available and very much support my personal interests and overall lifestyle. Many fitness program types or philosophies come and go, however, I feel the OTF training fundamentals are sound and very sustainable to the future.
It is fun and makes an hour go by fast!
The intensity and group circuit allows me to be compettive and go all out!

Changes a lot which makes time go faster
I love working out at OTF because of the coaches! I can zone out, forget about the day, and let the coaches tell me what to do next. An hour later, I've had the best workout and burned more calories than I EVER would have on my own!

I love the workouts!
I love the templates and encouraging coaches! The orange theory team is always welcoming in the studio. I wish the studio would offer 90 minute classes a couple of times a month to switch things up. Overall, a fantastic facility/workout with phenomenal coaches and SAs.
I like the way you go from one activity to the other so you are working all of the body during the hour workout. The coaches being there helping you out and encouraging you along is great too.

It distracts you from the pain
I have recommended Orangetheory Fitness - Green Hills, TN, to two friends in the last 12 hours. Absolutely love the place.
One hour is the right amount of time to unplug and focus on working out. Motivation, music and a little friendly competition over calories burned and splat points earned also help time fly!
