I love the atmosphere at OTF Nolensville! All the instructors/coaches bring high level energy! They are so pleasant and try to get to know all their members! Their efforts and kindness are genuine! Great overall workout. As someone elevated in age, I have lost 20 lbs since Feb. along with reduced belly, stronger, much better balance. Please notice right away when seeing me.
Coaches are tremendous and really help you do all exercises correctly so as not to hurt yourself and also get the most out of it.

I really enjoy the people! So far, I've only gone to Emma's classes. She has helped me so much to get the hang of it, and is always checking in when my HR is really high. haha! She also challenges me to use heavier weights, which I appreciate. I love the pace of the workouts. It feels like the hour flies by.
The girls at the front desk are so friendly and always greet me by name. For the first time, ever, I feel really comfortable going to group style classes.

The workouts are changing enough to keep them fun and interesting. Green Hills has the absolute best coaches and management we have experienced in any OTF studio.
They are all different and challenge me every time. I feel great all day after I go to OTF
