I love the cardio!!
I love how fast paced it is. That it’s very challenging but can be modified to whatever level you may need. And also that during that hour the only thing I can focus on is what the trainers are telling me to do. I don’t have to think about the workout and my mind can’t wander to other things because I have to stay focused on what the trainer is saying to do.
Always different
The mix of strength training and cardio. The coaches. The music. The fact that the exercises change regularly and I don’t have to have a plan.
Gabby Warden is a great coach. I like the well-rounded workouts...the community....gym is clean.

I don’t have to think about it! I think and plan and organize all day long so to be able to go and work out and have someone guide me through it the whole time is exactly what I need to stay on track. I know I’m getting the job done without feeling overwhelmed because I have to plan out an effective work out on my own. It’s the best and it’s really been fun because of that!

I love the coaches, community, and tempo.
The coaches encouragment, the variety of music, and the variety of workouts.
The workout: the format and the variety of exercises. I like that now OTF is periodically repeating the same template. I prefer the 3G classes because there is more rowing. I also love Lift 45. I'm old school...the music and the encouragement are great but not essential. I would love, though that coaches would correct forms and assess weights choices of participants.
I love the challenge...yet, accommodations or modifications when I need. I enjoy the variety of music...and I really enjoy the Lift classes. The coaches are motivating and make great efforts to know the members.
