I love the fact that it’s a group workout but you get to do everything at your own pace. You can challenge yourself and have a secret little competition with someone next to you.
The ability to adapt to personal goals and limitations. It is like having a personal trainer who is looking out for your best interest.

I also think that Brentwood has really good coaches. I've been to several different OTFs around the country, and I think our coaches are top notch - they are very attentive, stay on schedule, try to learn members' names, etc!
I like that we don't have tread cards/rower cards.
I do wish we had less 3G classes, or at least had one day / week of the 6am class wan't 3G :-)

The variety in the workouts the music the fact it’s a hiit class but there are options for modifications if you need to modify and of course the awesome instructors and friendly staff

The workouts are tough and I leave feeling like I really accomplished something! The trainers are very motivating and knowledgeable. I am new to OTF and everyone has been so welcoming and willing to help me do the best I can in every workout!

I love the variety, and how you're constantly moving so it makes the workouts go by so fast. I also HATE to run, and love that there is a power walk option. But with the "all out" bursts, I've actually really enjoyed pushing myself and running.
I am always motivated by the OT workouts and coaches to push myself beyond what I would complete on my own. Plus, the variety of exercises always keeps me engaged and never bored.
The conveinence. I am a working Mom of 3. I love that all I have to do is show up, and the rest is taken care of.

The high energy, all the trainers, and the playlists are great!

It's everything I love to do at the gym plus everything I would be intimidated to do and therefore avoid. OTF Bearden is welcoming and encouraging. They have established a positive atmosphere to come and work to become a better you! I would join all over again...this is the one gym community I've stuck with for years now.
That it pushes me to do what I wouldn’t do on my own. That it’s a class environment and I’m not alone working out. I love the heart rate monitor too and being able to see how many calories I burned.
I love having the different stations. Everyone has an area/activity they struggle with. For me, its running. But knowing that the running portion is only a ~15-20 minutes of the class, I can suck it up and do it. You can do anything for 15 minutes. I also still get great cardio at the other stations, so I don't have to rely on running to be my only source of cardio, which makes it a little more enjoyable.
It's different. I had lots of sore muscles!! Like the concept!
