Variety, coaches assistance
This has been my favorite workout and place to exercise! I enjoy the fact that each workout is different. I really like the coaches who are motivating and helpful but not critical or aggressive. I also enjoy the family feel of the members.
The workout is challenging in a good way. I've gotten strong and feel 100% better since I started Orangetheory and the team at the Murfreesboro Studio is the absolute BEST!!!

The coaches are always there to cheer you on and make sure you are doing the movements correctly. Everyone always greets you at the door and its such a welcoming and fun place!

Every station has ways to make it a tougher workout as my stamina increases. Higher inclines and longer all outs on the treadmill, heavier weights on the floor, and faster all out rows on the rower, all help to satisfy my appetite for the grind!
The coaches are awesome. They watch out for you, work to correct form, make your workouts better. I like that it is not the same workout every day. You will never be bored!
