Amazing full body workout and the front desk staff are wonderful! Katie got me set up for my first class, and I am hooked. After the class ended I got all signed up and ready to go! My first class was two days ago, and I’m so excited to go back tomorrow!
I love that you’re able to work out in a group but it’s still a personal workout. You set your own speeds and do everything at your own pace but you’re not alone. The coaches are amazing at being there to help you through the workout without pushing you too hard or making it uncomfortable.
I have been to multiple different locations. The coaches at this location are excellent, and I feel I get more out of each workout because of that. They have great energy and really push everyone to work hard. I also really appreciate how the coaches make an effort to get to know everyone on a more personal level. Besides how good they coach, their friendships are another big part of why I choose to go here over other, even closer locations to my home.
I love the variation of exercises, intensity, the music, and the coaching/advice provided by the coaches. I haven't been there long, but I have noticed some improvements in a short time. It's a great workout for someone who needs that push of encouragement.
Good mix of cardio abs strength! Different, yet effective, every time. Sense of group/ community but also individually paced.

This is the first OT studio I have attended outside of my home location. The staff was welcoming and my coach, Bird, was awesome! So nice to get the same attention and great workout at any location. Nice job, OT Brentwood!

It encompasses all factions of fitness! I don’t have to worry about making a plan or looking up exercises because my coach is leading me through everything. The workout changes everyday so I never get board.
