What do you like about our workout?

I love the overall workout. The workout covers all areas: weights, core & cardio. I have autism and severe nerve damage in my lower back to my legs. The workout is perfect for me physically for this has been the most consistent I have been since my running days in the early 2000's and for my autism along with myself, the classes are my therapy. It has helped me for I care for my mother with dementia, and most of all it helped me when I lost my brother in 2021. The coaches and staff made sure to keep coming as my brother was getting worse day by day until hospice care. If it wasn't for them and the classes to just leave it there and motivated me to keep going I really would love given up.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how Orangetheory is made for everyone no matter where you are on your well-being journey. This is so much more than a workout to me…this place is a community, it is my therapy, it’s 4% of my day I am dedicating to better myself. The support from the staff & coaches at Orangetheory Brentwood is phenomenal & I’m so grateful to be part of it!

It is always different. I enjoy the variety of classes. Sometimes strength sometimes endurance sometimes both. The coaches are the best. Both Fury and Linda are my favorites

OTF classes take out the complications of working out. I get to just be told what to do and encouraged to push and I don’t even have to think about it. I love that everyone in the classes have the same energy and the coaches are always so upbeat and fun to be around!

I love that I compete against myself but also against unknown others. I feel the urge to push myself so much more than when I’m home alone on my elliptical.

What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to think about it! All I do is show up and follow directions. The fact you get strength, power and endurance every week is very comforting. There are no two workouts exactly alike and the occasional benchmark workouts give you goals to strive toward. All participants have their own base, push and all-out levels. Nobody is competing against anyone but themselves to improve. Also, no matter where you go, OTF studios and workouts resemble your home location in every way. There is a consistent aspect in this organization that keeps everything familiar..from coast to coast. I didn’t even mention how clean and professional things are run. All in all, if you want a good 55 min workout, OTF is the place to go.
