The workout is structured for you to have results. The coaches uplift you during the workout which is something I need. The workouts are what I wanted to accomplish on my own but couldn’t. I like the concept of the workouts. Once I am done, I am still burning calories which is great. I am enjoying OTF so far.

I love OTF. However, I don’t enjoy classes that Ryan teaches. I don’t feel there is much motivation.
Simply put, Orangetheory Fitness is the best exercise program I have ever participated in. I am an active duty Army soldier with over 25 years of service. Staying fit is a requirement in my profession and Orangetheory Fitness takes me to the highest level of my career and keeps me there. I'm a member at the Northeast Columbia studio in South Carolina. Emily, the studio manager, and her team goes above and beyond to provide her clients with the absolute best experience everyday. Her drive, motivation, determination, enthusiasm, and superior customer service are the reasons I'll be a member for many more years to come. I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to everyone!

It does your full body. The workout is only an hour. Staff and coaches are great. If you are not doing an exercise right they correct you to get proper form
The workouts are challenging but you can modify to fit your comfort level! Everyone who works here is a pleasure to talk with and be coached by. I recommend to everyone I know!

I like how you can work out at your own pace. The work outs pretty much cover your entire body. I like how it's a combination of treadmill, rower and floor exercises.

The Coaches and Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; the space is always clean and organized; the workout is motivating and complete in 1 hour; Coaches start and end on time; Coaches correct form and provide feedback during floor / weight routines. The music is motivating.

Never the same workout twice. Great coaches and lively music. Nice, clean studio.
The interval training and constantly switching it up. You don't have time to think and get tired because you're on to something else! It doesn't hurt to have some awesome music playing in the background, either! 😆
