Classes are high energy with great music. I don't have to think about my workout because a coach leads the class. I can complete a full-body workout in 50 - 60 minutes. The coaches are very friendly and helpful. The members are very respectful of each other. The gym is super clean and the monthly membership fee is more than reasonable for my location.

The coaches are amazing!
It’s fun, I can go at my own pace but still feel challenged. I love that I can monitor my heart rate etc- super important to me. I am super focused on strength training and these workouts fulfill that but I also get my steady state cardio. That was by biggest concern was that it would be too high intensity. You can make this workout what you need it to be!
I like the fact you need to make an appointment for accountability.

I love that it incorporates functional resistance training along with science backed interval training.
Amazing
all good except for maybe the music...would like to hear some more old time rock and roll occasionally. only other issue is the sign up process where many people just block out certain days and times well out into the future and then constantly cancel as that day and time approach. So i, who rarely cancel, usually end up on the waiting list and have to scramble to get in a class.
Easy to follow commands in a group setting.
Always a new work-out and fun atmosphere :) Coachs and staff create a warm and inviting atmos-sphere for everyone no matter what your fitness level is
I like the music, atmosphere, coaches and holding myself accountable. The guided workouts are the reason I have been able to stick with this program.

It's challenging and I don't need to think "what am I going to do at the gym today?"
Orange Theory has been the only workout regimen I've truly embraced and remained dedicated to. The COACHES are EXCEPTIONAL, and the dynamics shifts between the rower, treadmill and weightlifting keep things engaged. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially those who have a passion for running.

I like the fact that it targets the whole body. I also like that each class is different every day. I like being coached because the coaches cheer you on and push you in a good way. And because I sign up for a class it holds me accountable!! I love it. I go 4 times a week.

What don’t I love about it?
I do love that when I leave, I feel and know I did an all around great workout for my body.
I love the guidance on the treads- it is made so I can get better. The coach guides me to make sure I am breathing correctly, proper form and understanding my heart rate. When working out, you could get in you head and just be stagnant. But the coaches at orange theory are there for you, guiding me to do my best on the tread. I recently did my first 8k run. I only did orange theory on tread and didn’t run outside. This run was hilly. The hills did not bother me as OTF has trained me with all those strength and incline days. I felt so good that I could do it.
I love the encouragement and guidance I am given on the floor. To me that is so important- I am able to lift heavier as I am working on proper form. It’s crazy to me that as I have been getting older I am able to run faster and lift heavier than I ever was before.
Most of all I love the coaches and staff. By far they are what make this whole experience work. They are thoughtful, kind and so much fun. The front desk creates fun themes and ideas to give us a fun experience. I really love the coaches. Stephanie, Jess and Bri and my usuals. They take the time to find us great music and pump the studio with amazing energy. I am so thankful for the training and guidance they give me on the tread, rower and floor. Just because I know how to do something doesn’t mean I always do it right. That added support is powerful. Their inspirational phrases really push me.
I leave the studio happy and stronger.
