friendly and clean environment, lots of support
I love the idea that there’s a coach making sure that you are correctly doing your exercises. I also like small classes. In the two months that I’ve been there I can see a big improvement in my body. If I skip a day, I’m upset with myself. I’m happy to say that Orangetheory is my one and only addiction.

The variety and the group setting
I love not having to think about what exercise I am going.to do. I tend to.work harder when someone is pushing me.
The coaches are great. You go in they tell you what to do and it is 1 hour.
The design of it! It targets all your muscles!! And the different packages allow it to fit everyone’s busy schedule! Definitely would recommend to friends!!!
Staff is great and they motivate you.
Would like the base of treadmills and ceiling fan blades cleaned.
I love the cardio conditioning from the rowers. The treadmills are like running on clouds. The changing of stations breaks the hour up so it goes by quickly. I leave feeling like I got an awesome workout- I feel good after.
I love that it pushes me out of my comfort zone. And the coaches are constantly encouraging you to keep going, especially when it gets hard and you want to stop.
The energy, the environment, the personal support from the front desk, to the coaches, to the friendly conversations after the workout!
I've always trained and pushed myself very hard through sport based trainings and workouts so it was nice to switch things up and disconnect from the sports directive, but man do things overlap (particularly the burn).
I enjoyed how custom and personal it could be for you, everyone at their own level or experience and pace, able to push themselves in their own way by setting their speed or weight. And as I've experienced sweating and pushing myself often under the guidance of a coach I appreciated the form/technique comments given on how to improve the movements and get the full range of motion/pump. With so many people it can be tough to receive one-on-one guidance but I felt like I still got that solo attention and specific help needed for the movements new to me.

I liked the workout and the concept of staying in the orange. I hope to get my boyfriend to come from time to time. Lindsay and Julie were very helpful and answered all of my questions.
The workouts were always excellent with coaches that were awesome & motivating. I appreciate the consistency of knowing every time I went that I would leave having had a fantastic workout. First name removed W
The combination of the exercises. At home I just run but I definitely can feel the difference after only one without combining floor and rowing to running

It pushes me to workout harder than I would on my own. Each day is a different workout and I can see results. I never have to guess am I working out hard enough to make progress on my goals.. Working out in a group class is more fun and motivating.

It's a great work out, fun and it's the quickest hour of exercise I ever experienced.
Love the variety and the opportunity to do better at certain things when they come back around [e.g., personal bests, signature workouts, challenge events]. It's also great for me to be able to turn off my brain for a bit and just listen to what the coach tells us to do!
OTF is achievable and challenging. Coaches keep you engaged in the workouts and continue to encourage you to keep going
Working out as a group is motivating.
Orangetheory work for me because the workouts are challenging but doable. Coaches are happy to help me with occasional modifications for arthritis in my knee. I love the atmosphere, coaching and invigorating music.

Every workout is different EVERY time I go there! So you are continuously challenging your body!!
Because the workout is broken up into blocks, it never feels like you’re doing the same thing for too long. The theme and milestone classes are really fun and cater to so many different people’s interests and goals!
I liked being able to see my stats in real time. I liked the music. I liked knowing when to push harder and when to rest a little longer.
