The workouts change every day. The coaches are fantastic and they keep you motivated. The front desk staff are always there to answer your questions and keep the studio immaculate. The members are also helpful to one another.

It is difficult but very effective. The instructors are very motivational and always show modifications of exercises.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the intensity of the workout is always changing but yet it is still always challenging! I love that there are three different stations and you’re constantly moving which means your heart rate is high for a hour straight. I’ve been a member for two or three weeks now and I see the weight coming off much quicker since joining your company.

OTF changed my life. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the challenge and the calorie burn. I'm the strongest I've ever been.

Orangetheory coaches make all the difference. I don’t push myself enough when working out at home or in a regular gym. The best coaches give words of encouragement and inspire us through even the most difficult workout segments.
