I love that everyday is different, and you never know what you’re walking into. The unknown keeps things exciting. Also, I love that someone is there to guide you/motivate you throughout the workout.

Convenient times, good push, always different and engaging. Coaches are all very cool and supportive! The heart tracker is nice for tracking your own progress and I’ve seen a big difference in increasing to 4-5 classes per week.

I like that it forces me to do cardio but mixes up each workout to keep it new and engaging. The trainers (I usually sign up for Clarissa) are amazing. They are constantly supporting you and Clarissa somehow knows everyone by name making it a very personal experience.
I love it! Finally a place that can challenge me and make me push harder. I love the location and the staff are amazing. They are always happy and willing to help. I wish I can go more often.
I like that it is a combination work out of power, and endurance aerobic and strength . It’s a full body work out . Every class pushes you beyond what you believe to be your limitations and helps you to achieve goals . I also love how encouraging the coaches are due to them and their constant support I keep returning wanting to better myself .

I love the ability to go at your pace. I love the varied workouts you get each day. I love the ability to monitor your heart. The atmosphere is really friendly but not in your face. I love that! Really enjoying it! I started at twice a week and now I’m going 5 times a week.
I love how accessible the trainers communication wise (much thanks to Jessica for alerting and training any trainers who need it). They are considerate and accommodating which makes working out less stressful than it already is :) Thank you!!
I love that I don't have to think at all - I just commit each time to giving my all during the workout. I have complete trust in the templates and I know the coaches are there to guide me and provide encouragement when I need it. I also love the sense of community - and that everyone their is giving it their all. Even better - the workout is designed for every level - so it was the prefect workout when I was just starting and could barely run and was using the lightest weights and it works just as well 6 months into my fitness journey. I have made incredible leaps in my strength and endurance in such a short-time. I turn 49 in about 2 weeks and didn't think it was possible to get this strong and fit at my age.
I like the variety, the challenge and the support to meet goals. Workouts are coached with a welcoming "can-do" approach that encourages athletes to come back for more.
I joined OTF starting from the very beginning of a fitness routine/need. I have been to other fitness centers in the area and often was met with the attitude that I was too out of shape to be there. Counterintuitive? No doubt! Discouraging? Absolutely!
OTF has been pivotal in me not only making gains towards strength and wellness (physically) but also realizing how challenging myself, becoming healthier and progressing with heavier weights, speed, inclines, etc. also feels really good emotionally! I will never be the fittest/fastest/strongest person in the class, but I give it all that I have during the one hour class, and can leave knowing that 1: I did my best -or- 2: If it was an off day, I can come back and try again.
The coaches have been absolutely wonderful--each offers their own unique personality, expectations and encouragement. I can't thank OTF of Ithaca enough for all they do.

I love having a coach to push me and guide me through a different workout everyday.
I love the coaches! And the atmosphere and the accountability. I like that I have to schedule the class and I like all the different times that classes are offered. I call my time at orange theory, my orange therapy. This is the most I’ve ever enjoyed working out and the hour goes so fast! Orange theory is it for me; I’ve found my happy (gym) space

I love having the coaches there! It gets better and better as they get to know you!
I also love once class starts no one else can come in! It’s nice to work in a group but with your own personal space and goals.
The workouts are great because there are many modifications which can be made to suit each indivisos needs.
It’s very individual and you’re doing different workouts everyday.
